At first , we'd like to explain you the meaning of PKT.

Procedures

 

1.   Please contact us by telephone/Email and explain us your request simply.

      For Email form, please go to "Contact us" page.

      Since we'd like to ask you the details of your request  at our office 

      whether we can apply it to the Immigration Bureau.

      please tell us a time and date which is convenient for you.　

      We will notice you of the time and date by Email/telephone.

 

2.  Please visit our office for the consultation (The first consultation is free of charge).　

      * If you are not able to visit our office by  the inevitable reason,

         we may visit to your designated place such as a cafe near by your residence.

         Please let us know. (In this case, you may bear the transportation fee (actual expenses)).

　

3.   We will　prepare the written estimate and send it to you by Email/postal mail.

      For an  approximate cost, please refer to "Commission" page.

 

4.   If you agree the contents of the written estimate,

      we wiil prepare the required documents and apply at the Immigration Bureau.

 

5.   We will contact you after obtaining the approval from the Immigration Bureau,

       please pay the commissiom by using bank to bank transfer to our account.

 

6.    We will send/hand you the related documents.
