1.What is “Notarial Deed(Kousei Shosho)”?

(1) Notarial deed is a document authenticated by a notary.
(2) Notarial deed has same validity as the adjudgment, and has legal force.
     It means that it is possible to seize on salaries.

2. In what case do you use the notarial deed?

If you married with Japanese… 
(1) It is a case that the divorce is "Divorce by Consent" and there is a promise to pay the cost of raising a child.
     We will prepare the Divorce Benefit Contract (Rikon Kyufu Keiyaku) and make it a notarial deed.
     Because the notarial deed is able to compulsory execution,

     you can minimize the risk to fail to get the cost of raising a child.
     If you don’t prepare this, there may be a case you cannot get the cost of raising a child,

     even your partner has a enough money.
      *Note: If the divorce is still under dispute, we cannot accept your request.

3. How much will it cost?

(1) Divorce benefit contract
     JPY70,000 (If you don’t need English translation JPY60,000)+ Consumption Tax
     +Notary fees (Most of the case, around JPY35,000 *

        *It depends on the amount of the cost of raising a child etc. for 10 years
     + Stamp duty (Most of the case, around JPY 20,000 *)

        * It depends on the amount of the cost of raising a child etc. for 10 years
     + Daily Wages for Agents (JPY20,000 + Consumption Tax)

      Total cost will be JPY152,200-

4. Procedures for Divorce Benefit Contract
(1)Please contact us for the reservation by Email, telephone or messenger.
(2)Because the contents of the consultation includes very sensitive information,

     we will do the consultation at our office in order to secure the sensitive information.
(3)If you cannot come to our office, we can visit your designated place for consultation.
    In such case, we will claim you the transportation expenses.
(4)After the consultation, we will prepare the draft of the Divorce Benefit Contract in Japanese language.

    (Of course, we will explain you the contents in English)
(5)You will bring back this draft

     and discuss about the contents of the draft of the Divorce Benefit Contract with your partner.
     We will revise the contents until you and your partner reach an agreement.
(6)After the consensus, we will bring it to the Notary Office and authenticate the Divorce Benefit Contract.

    Then, you can secure the cost of raising a child etc.!
