If you intend to remarry with Japanese, you need to obtain the Judicial Recognition of Foreign Divorce from the Philippine court.
However, it will cost too much and take a long time.
In addition, you need to return to the Philippines.

If your previous marriage partner is not Filipino, there may be way to remarry with Japanese without obtaining Judicial Recognition of Foreign Divorce.
